Seget Donji is a place along the Adriatic coast. It is located west of Trogir, to which it continues and represents a natural extension. It is administratively belonging to the municipality of Seget and its headquarters. The cultural and historical center of Seget Donji was built as a type of closed, rectangular settlement.
Seget Donji is the largest settlement in the Seget municipality. It is two kilometers west of the UNESCO town of Trogir and has a long tourist tradition. Thanks to the mild climate, the population is still engaged in agriculture and fisheries today.
The old core of Segeta Donji is a small fishing village, located within a rectangular medieval castle, built according to the model of the monumental Diocletian’s palace.
Only a few meters from the center of Donji Seget, to the west, according to the hotel Adriatic, is this beach. The crystal clear sea and the exquisite views will surely attract many people who choose this beach.
